Terms and conditions of sale. How do I return an item?

Terms and conditions of sale.

By placing this order the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of sale published on this site.
All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and have prior authorization, only from the original purchaser and must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice/receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items, items must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging, items not in new condition will not be credited. In other words if the item cannot be sold again as new we cannot accept it. All returns must have prior authorization or the item will be returned freight collect to the customer. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All items returned for refund will be subject to inspection upon arrival, any items not in new condition will be returned to the customer freight collect.
Contact us about any warranty issues so we may assist you in resolving them. Warranties are subject to manufacturers policies. If an incorrect item is shipped to you as a result of our mistake call us so we can resolve it. Replacement items from Vulcan Performance will be shipped via the same (or similar) method as the original order. Warrantied items will be shipped per the manufacturers policy.

Returns sent to any other address will be returned to the sender, please call first to get an RMA from us so we can track the return and give proper credit.
There will be no returns on special orders, custom machined/fabricated parts or custom braided lines, MFM Fuel Modules.



Warranties
Please contact us about any warranty issues so we may assist you in resolving them. Warranties are subject to manufacturers policies. All warranties will be handled through the manufacturer.
